Shipping Policy Details 

Freight Policy: Orders placed with us that equal or exceed $300.00 will be pre-paid by us using the carrier of our choice. Exceptions to this: crankshafts, cylinder heads, blocks, steel shot and or glass bead, trays of lifters, over-sized packages, and 5-gallon containers of chemicals. Freight on these items will not be prepaid. We will pay return freight on cylinder heads and crankshaft cores. An ARS tag will be provided in the box with the product. Freight charges on warranty claims will be paid by the sender. Freight charges should be attached to the warranty claim and will be processed accordingly. Freight is pre-paid on any engine kit equal to or exceeding $300.00. Freight is pre-paid on any parts order equal to or exceeding $300.00 with the above exception.  Any other freight charges on returns are to be paid by the sender. ARS tags are available from us at a charge of $10.00 per tag (good for 70lbs per tag). You will only be charged the $10.00 when the tag is used. Manufacturer’s service charges (drop-ship fees) when applicable, will be passed along to the recipient. Freight will be pre-paid on multiple orders from the same customer in the same business day if they are shipped together and the combined amount of the orders equals or exceeds $300.00. Multiple order shipments must be called in by 3:00pm on same business day.

Special Orders: A deposit may be required on non-stocking items ordered. Freight charges may be billed to the customer. (See Freight Policy) Once a special order is placed with the manufacturer it cannot be cancelled and may be subject to non-return polices of the manufactures, or carry a 20% re-stocking fee plus freight charges. Special order items are non-returnable after 90 days.

Shipping: Orders received by 4:00pm are processed and shipped that day. Shipping charges are pre-paid on most orders of $300.00 or more. (See freight policy for more information) We have many shipping methods available at customer’s request. Any special handling charge such as COD charges, Next Day Air (Red Label), etc. will be at the customer’s expense. Goods damaged in shipment should be reported to the carrier immediately. If your shipment appears to have been damaged or opened, have the carrier note before signing for package.
